All Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), minimum billing charge is limited to the cost of the total at checkout. This may be waived at our decision.

F.O.B. point: Seal Beach, California, U.S.A unless otherwise specified.

Section 4

Shipping Schedule: Items will be shipped out in within 72 hours unless otherwise specified.

Section 5

The purchaser is obligated to verify that any shipment of products conforms to the packing slip. We will not be held responsible for any shortages or discrepancies in a shipment which has not been reported in writing within 10 days from the receipt of shipment by the purchaser thereof.

Section 6

Telephone orders: Telephone orders are accepted at the risk of the caller. The shipments may be made before receipt of the written confirming order via facsimile or email.

Section 7

Back ordered items: In the event that an item(s) are not in-stock and need to be ordered. Or are items currently on back order. We will ship the order in whole or partial per contact with customer via fax, and/or phone.

Section 8

International Payment Options: Prepay by wire deposit or check in US Currency (USD).

Section 9

Cancellation of Orders: Orders Cannon be canceled without written approval. There will be charges on canceled orders with the amount depending on how much work has progressed.

Section 10

Return Policy: All Sales are final unless there is a pre-authorization received for return by our office.
