*How will you ship my order?

Typically your order will ship the same day when in stock and if ordered before 3pm. In some cases orders will require additional processing time due to their complexity either in options, and/or destination.

*How will my order be shipped?

I will be shipped in the best manner possible to avoid potential damage along is journey.

*Why does my item show a shipping weight of one pound, yet the item weighs less?

Due to the sensitivity of some items the weight of the packaging used to protect the item(s) against damage.

*I need my order faster then next day.

Typically overnight shipping will ensure a speedy delivery. However, if you need your order to arrive even sooner please contact our sales staff so that they may discuss shipping options.
